What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
For Unstitched collections, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days within Pakistan and 7-10 working days for international orders. Stitched and Couture pieces require 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
Can I request customizations for my formal or bridal wear?
Yes, we offer customization for our formal and bridal collections. You can provide your specific measurements and requirements through our 'Custom Size' option or by booking a bridal consultancy session.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal for international customers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please note that customized or stitched outfits and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel, which will be displayed at the time of checkout.
How can I track the status of my order?
