Returns & Exchanges

At Zainab Chottani, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item to request a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and original packaging intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
